Membership begins with a real assessment.

Most clinics walk you in and walk you out with a prescription. That's a starting line, not a finish. We treat the full picture as a single system.

Eight categories of
performance longevity.

Every member begins with a full clinical workup and a physician consult. Each category targets a system — chosen and dosed for your goals. Where a route other than injection is clinically appropriate — a nasal spray or an oral — that option is on the table. Specific protocols are released as they clear our clinical review.

— The care experience

Care you can feel
between visits.

Your physician is a video call away, your labs live in one place, and your questions have somewhere to go. Designed around the moments people actually remember: a clear answer, knowing what comes next, and feeling looked after once the vials arrive.

  • Video visits with your clinician — from the same account, no app to install, no waiting room.
  • Encrypted messaging — questions, side effects, and next steps reach the clinician responsible for you.
  • Labs you can read — results returned with trends and plain-language context.

— Three reasons this scales

Built for operators
who don't have time
to build it themselves.

01

Physician-led

Every protocol in the library is built and reviewed by board-certified physicians before it reaches a partner. Where we carry the medical side, a credentialed clinician owns the prescribing; where you carry it, the protocols support your judgement rather than replace it.

02

Compliance-first

Structures designed around state medical practice acts, anti-kickback rules, and compounding regulations. You operate confidently. We carry the compliance architecture.

03

Network effect

Each location joins a multi-site brand — cross-referrals, shared SEO, and brand recognition that scales with every new partner. The network grows stronger with each location added.

— Path 02 · the Go Box

Every patient leaves with a branded Go Box.

Prescribed vials, syringes, alcohol swabs, and a step-by-step instruction card — packaged in a premium TPL-branded kit that doubles as your marketing in their bathroom cabinet. Where a protocol can be delivered without a needle, the box is built for that instead: needle aversion is one of the most common reasons a patient declines therapy, and offering a nasal spray or an oral widens who will say yes and who stays on past the first refill.

  • Prescribed vials, ready to use
  • Syringes and prep pads
  • Nasal spray and oral formats where clinically appropriate
  • Step-by-step instruction card
  • Premium TPL-branded packaging
— Path 02 · whose physician

TPL on the door.
Your call on the medicine.

Operating as a Peptide Lounge does not mean handing over your practice. The brand, the protocols, the kit, and the supply chain come from us. Who carries clinical responsibility is a decision you make — and both answers are fully supported.

Option A · you have a physician

You stay the physician.

You remain the treating physician and the prescriber of record. Your patients stay your patients, your chart stays your chart, and clinical judgement stays yours — our protocols are a reviewed library you draw on, not a directive you follow. We do not employ your clinicians and we do not practise medicine. You carry the Peptide Lounge brand in your space; you do not give up your own.

Option B · you have a space

We bring the physician.

A gym, med-spa, or wellness studio with no clinician on staff runs the lounge on our physician network instead. A licensed clinician credentialed in your state carries the assessment, the prescribing, and the follow-up, while you run the space, the membership, and the member experience.

Either way the storefront is The Peptide Lounge — and either way the patient is told plainly which clinician is responsible for their care.

— About

Built on clinical review.
Not on a trend cycle.

Peptide therapy today sits in two bad places: sold unregulated online with no physician in the room, or locked inside a handful of clinics that most people will never walk into. The Peptide Lounge exists to remove that choice — a real assessment, a real physician, pharmacy-grade compounds, and a protocol that gets adjusted as your labs move.

PRECISION · LONGEVITY · CRAFT
— Why “Lounge”

A place you return to,
not a checkout.

A lounge is somewhere you're known — where someone remembers the last conversation and picks it back up. That is the standard we hold the clinical experience to. Your physician reads your panel before speaking to you. Your protocol has a reason behind every line. And the follow-up happens whether or not you remember to ask for it.

The name is the promise: the therapy is serious, and the experience should feel like somewhere you chose to be.

— Why we're different

Five things we won't
compromise on.

01

Pharmacy-grade only

Compounds sourced from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies under a real prescription. Never “research use only” material, and never sold as a supplement.

02

A physician on every protocol

A licensed clinician reviews your intake and your labs, decides what is appropriate, and tells you when something isn't. Nothing ships on a questionnaire alone.

03

Labs before, labs after

A full clinical panel sets the baseline, and follow-up panels decide what changes. Progress is measured, not assumed.

04

One record, one team

Telehealth or a partner lounge, your history follows you. The same care team, the same chart, the same clinician responsible for you.

05

The least invasive route that fits

Several of our categories can be delivered as a nasal spray or an oral rather than an injection. Which route you're prescribed is a clinical decision — it depends on the compound and on what we're treating, and your clinician will say so plainly when the needle-free option isn't the right one. But where more than one route is appropriate, the one you'll actually keep to for twelve weeks counts as clinical information too. Adherence is not a comfort feature.

— Our mission

Make clinically-guided longevity care ordinary.

Physician-designed protocols, reviewed for safety, compounded by licensed U.S. pharmacies — available through telehealth nationwide and in person as our partner lounges open. No shortcuts, and no claims we can't put a lab result behind.

— Clinical & scientific board

The people who decide
what we will and won't do.

Our board sets the clinical standards behind every protocol: what gets offered, what gets screened for, and what stays off the menu until the evidence catches up.

— Questions

Frequently asked,
plainly answered.

If the answer isn't here, ask us directly — info@thepeptidelounge.com. We don't answer medical questions by email, but your clinician will once you're a member.

What is The Peptide Lounge?

A membership for clinician-guided peptide therapy. You complete a private assessment, we run a full clinical lab panel, and a licensed physician builds a protocol from what your results actually show. Care continues by telehealth nationwide, or in person as our partner lounges open. We are not a primary care provider and we do not treat emergencies.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Everything we offer is prescription-only, issued by a licensed clinician after reviewing your intake and — where indicated — your labs. If a protocol isn't appropriate for you, we will tell you rather than sell you something else.

How does the assessment work?

It takes a few minutes and it's private. You answer questions about your history and your goals, and we tell you what the next step is: a lab panel, a video consult, or in some cases that we're not the right fit. Nothing is prescribed at this stage.

Do I need labs to start?

Usually, yes — a baseline panel is what separates a protocol from a guess. If your last complete panel is under 90 days old you can bring it. Otherwise your clinician issues a requisition you can take to any LabCorp, Quest, or partner draw site nationwide.

Will I actually speak to a physician?

Yes. A licensed clinician reviews your chart and meets you on a video visit from the same account — no separate app, no waiting room. Between visits, messages reach the clinician responsible for your care.

Which protocols do you offer?

We organise care into eight categories — metabolic health, hormone optimization, recovery and repair, cognitive performance, sleep and stress, immune resilience, skin and hair, and sexual health. Specific protocols are released category by category as they clear clinical review, so you'll see “coming soon” on some of them today.

Do I have to inject myself?

Not always. Some protocols are injectable, and several of the eight categories can be delivered as a nasal spray or an oral instead. Which route you're prescribed depends on the compound and on your clinical picture, so it is your clinician's decision rather than a menu choice — and they will say plainly when the needle-free option isn't the right one for what you're treating. Where more than one route is appropriate, they will weigh which one you are most likely to stay consistent with, because a protocol abandoned in week three helps nobody. If you are prescribed injections, they are small subcutaneous doses you give yourself, and your Go Box arrives with everything you need and a step-by-step card.

Am I on a protocol forever?

No. Protocols are cycled against your goals and your follow-up labs. Your clinician decides when to continue, adjust, pause, or stop. If you come off, your body returns to its own baseline over time — there is no withdrawal.

Where do the compounds come from?

Licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, dispensed against your prescription. We do not source or ship “research use only” material, and nothing we offer is sold as a supplement. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Is it safe?

When prescribed and monitored by a licensed clinician, most protocols are well tolerated, and side effects are usually mild — commonly temporary redness at an injection site. Your clinician screens your medication list for interactions and will advise against therapy where it isn't appropriate, including during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How is my information handled?

Clinical information lives in a HIPAA-compliant record, encrypted at rest, accessible to the care team responsible for you. The assessment on this site collects contact and interest details only — never health information — and video visits are peer-to-peer encrypted with no third party on the call.

What does membership include?

Your assessment and clinical review, your lab panel, the physician-built protocol, video visits and messaging with your care team, and shipping of anything prescribed. Pricing is confirmed before anything is dispensed — you'll never be charged for a protocol you haven't agreed to.

Do you take insurance?

No. Membership and protocols are paid directly, which is what lets us keep the clinical decisions between you and your physician. Lab work billed through your own insurance is between you and the lab.

Where are you available?

Telehealth is available nationwide today, subject to clinician licensure in your state. Our first partner lounges are opening in Newport Beach, Irvine, and Costa Mesa, California.

Can I return a prescription?

No. Because these are individually prescribed medications with cold-chain handling, they can't be returned, exchanged, or shared with anyone else.

Still deciding? Begin your assessment
Educational information only, not medical advice. Prescriptions are issued only after clinical evaluation by a licensed provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual results vary.
